WomenWerk is a women’s empowerment non-profit seeking to build power for women. We work with communities of color to bring intersectionality to the gender equality movement. We work through three major initiatives:
- Programs in partnership with women’s networks at companies highlighting the challenges and opportunities women face.
- Standalone events that highlight women speakers and their best practices for success across industry and key topics.
- Civic engagement to train and mobilize women in all political parties to engage in voting and issues advocacy.

Our goal is to get as many woman to vote as possible
To do that we must connect with our friends, neighbors and colleagues and encourage them to register and vote. We know that with COVID-19 and social distancing making those personal connects may be more difficult. To overcome those challenges we’re providing some tools and guidelines on this page to help you make those connections.
